This weekend: Obstacle Course Racing – Jump, climb Crawl, Hang and get DIRTY!

The Trail Run Cross the OCR Route, but is completely separate from the OCR route, (no More Dry River Running)
You can Choose your Distance – 8km/ 12 Km or +/- 17.5km

The OCR will also cater for Every level:
2km for the Kids;
4km FUN OCR for the beginner and less adventurous;
10km FAST, more Challenging OCR for the ELITE and those that want to test their limits.

Registration opens at 8:00 am

10km OCR starts at 9:05 am
4km OCR Starts at9:10 am
2km KIDS Obstacle Race 10:30 am (under 11 – 2km)
